As standard pharmaceutical and biotechnological clean room requirement, the ceiling grid system must have an excellent flush appearance to prevent contamination, microbial and fungal growth. The ceiling system is designed with walk-on capabilities for maintenance access, minimizing the need for catwalks above clean room areas, reducing steel structure cost and installation time. Pharma walkable ceiling panel is a 50mm thick composite panel using steel or aluminum skin on both sides with aluminum, puff, honeycomb or rock wool as fill core. The steel skin coating can be either static dissipative or non-static finished. Ideal for cleanrooms requiring high hygiene standards and easy maintenance.
